Head back down the stairs to place the Small Gear in the remaining Gear Box to re-activate the Clock Tower. This will cause the machine to whir to life - one half of the solution. Head up the stairs to circle around the bell platform to find another mechanism powering the clock - and grab the Small Gear thatвЂ™s in the clockworks, and replace it with the Large Gear. You can see another Gear Box area near the stairs going up - but the Large Gear wonвЂ™t fit. Be sure that you then pick up the Large Gear again - you arenвЂ™t quite done yet. Badge which can open the Special Weapons Case in the Underground Stairs with weapon upgrades inside for each character. In the Linen Closet, accessible after you get the Diamond Key from the Morgue, is a Portable Safe. Items Required: Diamond Key, Portable Safe.Use this fuse to open the Break Room Hallway shutter. This Fuse is in the Break Room in Leon' Playthrough.

Use this and Power Panel Part 2, which you get in the Clock Tower later, to open the Private Collection Room electronic lock.

Inspect it and open the side to reveal the Power Panel Part 1. In Claire's playthrough, use the Heart Key to get into the small room south of the East Storage Room to pick up the Boxed Electronic Part. Claire Location: Room South of East Storage Room.This can be used with another Power Panel Part 2 located in the Clock Tower later to open the jail cell to get the Parking Pass. On the small table is a Boxed Electronic Part.

Inspect this Scepter, and look along the back side of the handle for a switch that will release its prize, giving you the Red Jewel. Now you can place the Left Arm With Book back onto the statue itself, and it will open its other hand to give you the Scepter. Pick up the StatueвЂ™s Left Arm on the table, and then combine it with the Red Book. Items Needed: Spade Key, Red Book, Scepter.The Police Station Map is in the same room as the Unicorn Lock and Emblem, connected to the Fl.
